Leo graduated from the University of British Columbia with his Masters of Physical Therapy. He has a balanced experience of hospital and outpatient clinic therapy. His experience includes, but is not limited to, providing therapy for inflammatory and osteoarthritis, neurological conditions and the frail and elderly. He believes strongly in the benefits of regular exercise for all people, and includes strengthening, endurance, flexibility and balance components in all his exercise programs.
In recent years, Leo has taken courses on arthritis management, breathing efficiency and management, soft tissue release and joint mobilisations with movement.
